Our restaurant experience began 30 years ago in Guadalajara, Mexico, with Mama Teresa and Abuelita Sara at their restauran 'La Fondita Doña Tere', where Fily Cuellar, chef, owner & operator of Patron Plaza Mariachi began to learn Grandma’s secrets of Mexican cuisine. He dedicated many years to learning his Mother and Grandma’s recipes which represent all Regions of Mexico.
